Free Sleep Seminar—‘Sleep Well, Live Well’
Community Health Network will host its 12th annual Healthy Living Fair, a free event for people of all ages, from 3:00pm-7:00pm on Thursday, May 30th at the Town Square community building, 492 Hill Street in Green Lake. Although this is an annual event, this is the first year that it will be held at the Town Square building.
This year’s event is bigger and better than ever, with over 40 vendors on site. They will provide free health screenings, free promotional items, light snacks and the opportunity to register for door prizes.

Although the types of vendors will be very diverse—covering various areas of health and wellness, one area of focus will be sleep health. A free keynote address will take place at 6:15 pm by CHN Sleep and Occupational Medicine physician Eric Newgent, DO. Dr. Newgent’s presentation, titled “Sleep Well, Live Well” will center on the importance of a good night’s sleep and how to diagnose and treat obstructive sleep apnea.
