CHN Membership Information

For the same $2 fee that was assessed in 1911, CHN Membership is open to all residents, ages 18 and older, of the organization’s service area (which is defined as Green Lake, Marquette, Waushara, and portions of Winnebago and Fond du Lac counties). Members are entitled to attend the CHN Annual Meeting in January and vote on Board of Directors positions as well as amendments to the organization’s bylaws.
