Community Health Network is committed to providing resources that promote health and wellness for a lifetime. Our monthly support groups, outreach programs and community events are led by healthcare professionals who want to help you stay healthy for a lifetime.

Some of our course offerings include:  


Support Groups

  • Cancer Support Group, meets at 7 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month at Berlin Memorial Hospital. Free and open to all area cancer survivors and their loved ones.
     

  • Stroke Support Group, meets at 1:30p.m. the first Thursday of each month at Juliette Manor, April through November. Free and open to all area stroke patients and their loved ones.
     

  • Diabetes Support Group, meets quarterly at Berlin Memorial Hospital. Free and open to everyone.

 

 

Prepared Childbirth * Breastfeeding Instruction

Prepared Childbirth, a course for mother and her coach, and Breastfeeding Instruction, which introduces and reinforces breastfeeding techniques, are offered through the Berlin Memorial Hospital Family Birth Center. Weekend classes are available for working parents.

Our highly-educated, experienced medical professionals are eager to share their knowledge and skills by presenting current health topics and trends to your club or organization.
