At the Family Birth Center, we know that
having a baby is one of the most special occasions any family can
share. We also know that during this time, it's the little
things that make all the difference. We want your birthing
experience to be as memorable and as smooth as possible. Our
healthcare professionals are here to answer your questions, to
assist you in any way possible. and to provide the little things
that make a difference every step of the way.
The comfort and safety of you and your baby is
our primary concern. To make your birthing experience as
convenient and as smooth as possible, we request that you complete
the attached pre-registration form. This information enables
us to be prepared for your delivery so that we can begin providing
special care immediately upon your arrival rather than completing
paperwork. |

Finding Your Way
| Berlin Memorial Hospital is
located at 225 Memorial Drive in Berlin, Wisconsin. When you
are just inside the Berlin city limits, look for blue hospital
signs. Following these signs will lead you directly to the
hospital. You may park in the visitor
parking lot, which is located in the front of the hospital on
Memorial Drive. If you are arriving at the hospital after 9:00
p.m., the front doors will be locked and you must enter the hospital
through the Emergency Room entrance., Emergency Room personnel
will direct you to the Family Birth Center. |
