Social Services

Juliette Manor Social Services is committed to recognizing that an individual’s mental health is an important factor in their life. Our Social Services department is dedicated to providing individualized, person centered psychosocial support and services.

Social Services at Juliette Manor assists the team of caregivers in supporting the individual needs of its patients during short term healing and rehab, respite care, or long term placement. Social Services assists in identifying, implementing, providing, or using outside resources to support the psychosocial needs of all of their patients, including those with anxiety, depression, dementia, addictions, and other mental health and individualized conditions.

As a resident, a family member, or as a member of the community, our Social Service department can:

• Provide you with resources for treatment in addiction, mental illness, domestic abuse, and dementia care.

• Provide you with resources, pamphlets and information, and discuss support services available for stroke, cancer, MS, caregiver burnout, and other individualized conditions.

• Assist in your plans to return home, or assist with referrals to support services if you are living at home, including home health, personal caregivers, equipment needs, oxygen services, and other support services.

• Assist you in completing a Power of Attorney for Health Care and a Power of Attorney for Finances, free of charge.
