We are seeking an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Clinical Manager for our 5 Bed ICU Unit. This full-time position is primarily days with some weekend and holiday availability. This position is responsible for miscellaneous department services, quality of care, financial management, management of human resources, productivity, and customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS
*Graduate of an accredited program of professional nursing (BSN preferred)
*Two year minimum in acute care setting
*Current WI RN license
*Communication skills to interact effectively with a variety of professional and non-professional persons in various situations
*Ability to organize and prioritize within defined responsibilities
*Clinical expertise on assigned nursing unit
