Routine exams every 3 yrs or as advised by your provider. Assess weight and Blood pressure routinely. Cardiovascular risk assessment. Cancer screening- skin, testicular, lymph nodes, prostate Lab testing- Cholesterol screening every 3-5 yrs, consider blood sugar every 3-5 yrs. Immunizations- Tetanus booster every 10 yrs Healthy lifestyle – Diet to include fruits, vegetables 5/day. Do not smoke. Limit alcohol to 2 ounces/day or less. Regular aerobic exercise.
