CHN’s 11th Annual Charity Golf Classic to take place June 11th
Planning is underway for one of the area’s premiere golf outings!
Community Health Network’s (CHN)11th Annual Charity Golf Classic will take place on Wednesday, June 11th at the Mascoutin Golf Club just south of Berlin.
With play extending to all 27-holes of the course, the CHN Charity Golf Classic is again a straight 18-hole best ball scramble format with men’s, women’s and mixed divisions. The event begins with registration and a cookout, followed by tournament play, and concluding with a dinner, awards program and Grand Raffle prize drawings.
Special hole-in-one activities feature new cars, trips and golf supplies sponsored by West Side Garage in Berlin, while a “Players Only 50/50 Raffle” offer participants a chance at a generous cash prize before day’s end.
For the 11th consecutive year and thanks to the generosity of sponsors, the cost for an individual registration for the Charity Golf Classic is $100 per person. Sponsorship opportunities include Lunch Sponsor (4 free golfers), Hole Sponsor (4 free golfers, Grand Raffle Sponsor, Cart Sponsor and Door Prize Sponsor.
Started in 1992 to raise monies to help local families, the CHN Charity Golf Classic benefits the “Lucille Schultz Caring For Kids Fund” - a program created to provide financial support to area children and their
families experiencing catastrophic medical needs. Last year's golf tourney raised more than $50,000 to help local families in the Green Lake, Waushara, Marquette and neighboring counties.
Registration and sponsorship information is available by contacting Jennifer Kurczek, CHN’s Community Relations Director, by phone at (920)361-5481 or by e-mail: jkurczek@partnershealth.org.
