Ripon native, nurse practitioner joins CHN’s Women’s Medical Services

(BERLIN)- Ripon native Maria (Kasuboski) Wolf has joined the Community Health Network (CHN) Women’s Medical Services as a women’s health nurse practitioner.

With a depth of knowledge and training, Wolf provides routine gynecological exams and acute care at CHN Women’s Medical Services Berlin Memorial Hospital and outreach locations. Appointments can be scheduled by calling CHN Women’s Medical Services at (920)361-5737 or 1-800-236-1283 ext 5737.

Focused on caring for the “person, not just the patient,” Wolf earned her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Marian College in Fond du Lac.

“I feel fortunate for the opportunity to serve women from the area in which I was raised,” Wolf said. “Returning close to home to practice is my way of giving back to the communities which laid a positive foundation for me to pursue my educational and professional goals.”

Wolf joins Patrick Bruno, MD and nurse practitioner Karen Fredrick in serving patients at CHN Women's Medical Services, which provides comprehensive female health services, including routine examinations, reproductive health, gynecological surgeries including laparascopic/endoscopic procedures; perimenopause/menopause; urogynecology and pelvic reconstruction; and bone densitometry scanning for osteoporosis.
