Dr. Ross Hazlewood
returns from year-long mission trip

Community Health Network’s family practice clinics in Markesan and Green Lake
are experiencing movement in their provider teams.
Ross
Hazlewood, DO, who has been on a year-long mission trip to New Guinea, returns
to the Markesan Medical Center beginning on Monday, July 28th. With
his return, James M. Williams, MD, who has been covering for Dr. Hazlewood the
past year, will relocate to Green Lake Family Practice on a full-time basis
starting Tuesday, July 29th.
Since last
June, Dr. Hazlewood, his wife, Lucy, and their two daughters have been living
in Papua New Guinea, where Dr. Hazlewood served patients through the SIL Clinic
at Ukarumpa, which provides care to all Wycliffe personnel in Papua New Guinea
and their families, totaling more than 1,400 people.
Dr. Hazlewood is a graduate of the Michigan State University College of
Osteopathic Medicine and served his residency at Michigan State University. He
is Board Certified in General Practice. Markesan Medical Center is located at 22 Water Street in
downtown Markesan. Appointments with Dr. Hazlewood can be scheduled by calling

Dr.
Williams received his medical degree from the Eastern Virginia Medical School,
where he also completed his internship and residency in family practice. With a
special interest in fitness and wellness, he is Board Certified by the American
Board of Family Practice. Green Lake Family Practice is located in the Green
Lake Medical Building at the Highway 23/49 intersection near Green Lake.
