Princeton Family Medical Clinic to offer flu shot clinics in October

(PRINCETON)—Don’t let the influenza get you down this winter!

The Princeton Family Medical Clinic, located at 502 W. Water Street in downtown Princeton, has received its shipment of flu vaccine and will administer vaccinations during two upcoming flu shot clinics.

Flu vaccinations will be available by appointment on Monday, October 13^th from 10 a.m. to Noon and 1:30 to 4 p.m., and on Wednesday, October 22^nd from 1:30 to 4 p.m. at the clinic.

There is a fee for the flu shot; Medicare, Medicaid and health insurance is accepted. Appointments can be made by calling Princeton Family Medical Clinic at (920)295-8801.

New patients wishing to receive a flu shot will first be required to complete a registration and short medical history form prior to receiving the vaccination. Persons receiving flu shots are encouraged to consult with their physicians prior to receiving the vaccination.
